Deep Burgundy

So I am very into burgundy but I don't find anything I really like to buy it in stores, so today I decided going to the fabric store and I bought this burgundy velvet fabric which I hope will go good on a dress or mini shorts!! so stay tunned to see!!

So... when I saw this DIY project on the blog Honestly WTF (click on the link to see the tutorial) I inmediateley wanted to do it because these sneakers are GREAT!! So this is how they turned out!!

Into The Vintage

So.. I went to this place called "La Lagunilla" actually one of my favorite places in the W O R L D because it's  a vintage market and I love love love vintage things just because the thing of thinking "¿Who wore this? ¿Who loved this? ¿WHICH IS THE STORY OF THIS?" and also because vintage things are unique, original and beautiful!! So I bought...... the necklace!!! I'm sure you knew it all along as you saw the pictures, it is so perfect and full of details!! The woman that sold it to me told me it was from Germany, ¿could you imagine?

To Inspire

I declare myself a FAN of Nasty Gal and today I got a mail with the new arrivals, clearly I want it all but I am thinking of getting some inspiration from these and make a great proyect.

Night Walk

You will see me wearing these insane platforms soon!! These Jeffrey Campbells caught my eye at the moment I saw them. Can't wait to take them on a walk. Like they say OUT WITH THE OLD AND IN WITH THE NEW. In fact I have many proyects thought for this 2012 so stick around!

Modern Old

Modern Old? I would define this expression as something "new", "modern", "in magazines today" but that you would also find in "your grandmas closet", "vintage stores", "old family photographs" and actually having this "time" mixture gives us a pretty nice result!!! I think it has the old vibe because of the collar and the sleves you see?? And one of the modern detail is the fishtail/mermaid back the top has, can you see?

I really liked this top in the moment I saw it!! You can find it in Forever21 by now.
