This is what I wore on Saturday, it's a pretty casual outfit except the crochet shorts give it a "fancy" touch. What I loved about these was that for a "late night" look I just had to add a pair of platforms and I was ready to go.
To start I have to give a BIGBIG THANK YOU to the most awesome photographer in the world: Mey Latapi, and not just only for the pictures but also for being the good friend she is. More pictures on her photo blog here.
And now talking about the outfit I gotta say black+white+a pop of color is something that will work always!!
Blue demin + Mint denim = perfect casual outfit. Yeah, I welcomed spring with arms wide open by wearing this new adition to my closet: the mint denim+they have this used denim look which I think it's cool. Oh and if you haven't noticed I am wearing the bustier I DIY-ed yesterday which is perfect (not at all uncomfortable).
We have seen this in all spring collections and I must say they are awesome. But I haven't been lucky enough to find one I could usually buy so I decided to do my own version, and it's pretty easy.
You'll need:
- Thread and a needle
- scissors
- measuring tape
- elastic lace band
First you'll meassure your chest with the measuring tape.
Then you will cut the lace band with the same measure as your chest measure.
